About Myrthe

Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone and take control of your health?

At Vitality by Myrthe, I help you reconnect with your natural strength. Based in the north of Italy, I use the principles of Intermittent Living: science-based stressors like heat, cold, fasting, exercise, breathwork build resilience and boost energy.

As a certified Intermittent Living coach, I offer a range of services to support both individuals and corporate teams. From retreats to personal training and  1 on 1 health consults.

I am currently busy moving to Italy, region Milano. From there I will continue to operate my business, having rural nature at right my doorstep.
