We combine science-backed tools with the Natural Living Method to optimize your training, support your recovery, and elevate your performance sustainably.

Key Elements of the Natural Living Method

  • Breathwork: Improve oxygen efficiency, focus, and calm under pressure.

  • Cold Exposure: Reduce inflammation, support muscle recovery, and build mental grit.

  • Natural Food: nutrient-dense, whole foods to support energy, performance, and recovery.

  • Fasting & Heat Therapy (optional): Support metabolic health, recovery, and stress management depending on your goals.

 

What to Expect

We start with a 90-minute intake session where we map out your training routine, goals, and any obstacles you’re currently facing. From there, you’ll follow a 6, 8, or 12-week coaching program, with:

  • Weekly 60-minute in-person sessions to review progress and adjust your plan

  • A structured approach tailored to your sport, lifestyle, and current performance phase

  • Digital workbooks and videos to guide your practice between sessions

 

This isn’t just about short-term wins—it’s about building a foundation that supports long-term performance and resilience.

Intake cost: €60,-. If you decide to continue, this amount will be deducted from the full coaching track.
